In the beautifully decorated dining room with it's typical atmosphere of a Teppan-Yaki restaurant, there are seven tables, each seating a maximum of ten people. There is a an extra table in a special VIP room. All the round tables have a built-in grill. In front of the guests, hands moving like lightning prepare a great variety of meat and fish dishes before offering them on a plate - fried lightly and just right. The guests have a choice between various menus or ordering á la carte. This culinary "theater performance" takes place at the Teppan-Yaki Hosokawa restaurant on Max Euweplein, in the heart of Amsterdam and with a garage just across the street. NEW! |
