• Maintaining high level service and continuous coaching / motivation of fellow service staff.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Ensure that the bar area is correctly prepared for service.
• Execute cocktails and/or special drinks according to Hosokawa standards.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Supports all efforts of marketing department.
• Assists in the management of all the social media pages under the guidance of the marketing manager. Posts according to set posting schedule.
• Consistently monitors and analyzes metrics on pages to improve engagement and ROI. Performs maintenance, updates and audits of pages when necessary.
• Assists with graphic design for the brand.
• Assist with photography of product photos for marketing use. Build photograph database internally and work to develop arsenal of professional photos.
• Assists with public relations and events: from conception, planning to completion.
• Assist with website design, functionality, and on-going maintenance.
• Assist with overall brand and marketing strategy. Idea generation for marketing efforts.
• Works closely with all departments to ensure needs are met and communication is open and engaging. Works closely with operations team to execute promotions.
• Travels to all locations as needed for marketing.
• Constantly learning to improve brand and marketing strategy to maximize marketing efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Profile:

• Education or experience in marketing (you can be a student).
• Outstanding writing, messaging and storytelling skills is a must.
• Graphic design skills.
• Good understanding of marketing principles.
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant is a plus.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
